Organizations that don’t have email addresses for all voters or that want to ensure that all eligible voters receive postal notification of the vote, may choose to send election notification postcards. Votenet offers two postcard sizes: 6” by 4.25” or 8” by 5”. The notification cards typically include an organization logo, watermark to ensure authenticity, customized text and unique login information for each voter. Organization may choose to use standard or first class delivery with both domestic and international delivery options.  

Similar to notification postcards described above, organizations may chose to send election notification letters to eligible voters. Election notification letters ensure that all eligible voters receive official, postal notification of the election. Compared to postcards, notification letters offer greater privacy of election login information. Additionally, notification letters allow for more space for custom text (letter from the Executive Director) or candidate biographies.
